Job summary

Lakeside Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing operations.

This role manages quotes, orders, and project updates to ensure a seamless experience from quote through delivery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or project coordination, proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, and strong communication and organizational skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service or project coordination experience.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process customer quote requests and maintain quote records.
• Track quote activity and coordinate revisions.
• Review purchase orders against approved quotations for accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies involving pricing, specifications, quantities, and lead times.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams.
• Communicate production, material, scheduling, and shipping updates to customers.
• Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM and order management records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities.
