Job summary

Eastern Communications, Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success professional to act as the first line of contact for customers and vendors.

You will process POs, generate quotes, handle returns/repairs, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate fulfillment. You will maintain data in our ERP system, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and help resolve issues with vendors to support our nationwide multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in procurement or operations with strong customer conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders and generate quotes.
• Manage returns, repairs, and vendor communications.
• Review emails and phone requests, escalating when needed.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders with accuracy.
• Provide price quotes and assist with order revisions.
