Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in procurement or operations, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years' experience in procurement or operations with a strong record of customer conflict resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders and generate quotes for customers.
• Review and respond to requests via phone and email, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate fulfillment and timely service.
• Understand vendor product lines and resolve product-related issues at a high level.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, revise pricing and quantities when required.
• Manage repairs and returns process post-sale with vendors and customers.
