Job summary

Eastern Communications, Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success professional in Marshalltown, IA to serve as the first line of support for customers and vendors, process purchase orders, generate quotes, and manage post-sale repairs/returns through our ERP system.

You will collaborate with Sales and Production Operations to ensure accurate fulfillment, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in procurement/operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years' experience in a procurement or operations role with strong conflict resolution.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers and vendors, processing purchase orders, generating quotes, managing returns and repairs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver timely and friendly service.
• Review emails and phone requests, escalate hurdles as needed.
• Understand vendors' product lines and resolve product-related issues.
• Process orders and POs in our ERP, including revisions to part numbers, pricing, and quantities.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and price quotes; manage repairs and returns post-sale.
