Job summary

LodgeLink, a Black Diamond Group company, seeks a Customer Success Representative in Scottsdale, AZ to own the customer experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement. You will be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, educating, supporting, and advocating for them every step of the way.

You will drive product adoption, lead training sessions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customers realize ongoing value and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (CS/AM/SaaS).
• Customer-first mindset, advocates for clients.
• Drives product adoption from onboarding onward.
• Manages portfolios, identifies churn risks early.
• Strong communication; leads trainings and reviews.
• CRM proficiency with clean, consistent records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts as primary contact and trusted advisor.
• Monitor account health and act on churn risks early.
• Lead product trainings and business reviews for ongoing value.
• Guide customers through new features to maximize adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Business Development.
• Capture customer feedback and work cross-functionally on improvements.
• Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in Salesforce.
