Job summary

LodgeLink, a Black Diamond Group company, seeks a Project Success Representative in Scottsdale, AZ to support large project and emergency crew accommodation needs. You will coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure project success and provide a consultative experience.

Training is provided to build knowledge of LodgeLink’s platform, crew travel processes, and emergency response requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams and travel as needed, while growing your expertise in

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English both oral and written.
• 1-2 years' experience preferably in software as a service; hospitality; travel management; workforce accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Follow up on action items and provide daily reports to customers.
• Coordinate with Product Team for platform issues and improvements.
• Develop relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Relay customer feedback and participate in product reviews and testing.
