Job summary

Kinective is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager in Gilbert, AZ to support the Client Success team in delivering proactive, high-quality client experiences. You will manage day-to-day engagement, adoption activities, reporting, and coordination while growing toward Customer Success ownership.

Collaborate with the Team Lead CSM and Sales on renewals, onboarding, and cross-sell signals, while maintaining organized client records and impactful client communications.

Qualifications

• Client-oriented and organized with clear communication
• Ability to learn software and processes quickly
• Willingness to progress into Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with assigned Client contacts and learn their objectives
• Serve as a dependable day-to-day contact for routine questions and coordination
• Prepare for Client meetings with status updates, risks, and feedback
• Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and adoption discussions
• Coordinate with Professional Services and internal teams for onboarding and transitions
• Maintain CRM and Client success records including contacts and actions
• Track progress against actions and escalate overdue items
• Monitor client health indicators and usage trends
