Job summary

SALT is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Miami to support cannabis and fintech merchants, onboarding them to payment tech and ensuring value from our solutions.

You’ll work directly with business owners, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to drive retention and growth. This onsite role emphasizes proactive relationship management, training, and precise CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or related roles (Cannabis/Fintech preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
• Experience training customers.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with merchant clients.
• Provide timely support for payments processing issues.
• Onboard new merchants and train them on features.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams.
• Document interactions in monday.com and keep records updated.
