Job summary

Fintech delivers an integrated platform for managing relationships with over 1.1 million B2B clients. The Client Outreach Specialist will serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and for existing clients adding new products or services.

You will educate clients on Fintech products, resolve issues, and advocate for client needs across Product, Dev, and Management. This on-site, full-time role is based in Tampa, FL, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and a client-focused

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication; client-focused.
• Experience in helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
• 1-3 years of client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-touch relationships with clients to ensure understanding and utilization of Fintech products or services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide client feedback and improve processes.
• Educate clients on Fintech website and processes.
• Resolve complex issues through incident recognition, research, and resolution.
• Capture client information on inbound requests and escalate when needed.
• Provide high-level technical and product support for new products or initiatives.
