Job summary

Fintech LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and for existing clients adding new products, educating users on our products and processes, and coordinating with the Onboarding Manager as needed.

You will manage client relationships with a high level of service, gather feedback for product teams, resolve issues quickly, document interactions, and ensure a positive client experience across written and verbal communications.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build high-touch client relationships.
• Analytical thinker capable of problem solving and providing solutions.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency with Windows and basic understanding of database operations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
• 1-3 years of client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-touch relationships with clients to ensure understanding and utilization of Fintech products.
• Partner with Product, Dev, and Management to provide client feedback.
• Educate clients on Fintech website and processes.
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Keep management apprised of critical client situations.
• Provide high-level technical and product support for new products or initiatives.
• Respond to and resolve complex issues through research and resolution.
