Job summary

Vcheck Global is seeking a Customer Success Associate in New York, NY. This role partners with sales to manage client orders from intake to delivery and acts as a liaison between clients, sales, and our investigative teams in person at the NYC office.

You will drive onboarding, configure accounts, and provide daily operational support while developing a deep understanding of our products and client use cases to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a client-facing support or operations role.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools preferred.
• Go-getter and self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to manage the entire order process from intake to delivery.
• Assist with new client onboarding, account configurations, and daily operational support.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and client use cases.
• Escalate and report on customer sentiment.
• Serve as liaison between investigative teams, client, and sales.
• Clearly communicate requirements from client to internal teams.
• Data entry into CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
