Job summary

Vcheck is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join the NYC team. The role partners with sales and acts as a key project manager in the client order process, coordinating between sales, clients, and internal investigative teams. This in-person position reports to the NYC office.

You will manage the full order lifecycle, onboard new clients, configure accounts, and support day-to-day operations while building a deep understanding of our products and client use cases.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing support or operations role.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Console (or other CRM) preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask and produce highly detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to manage the entire order process, from intake to delivery
• Work with sales team to assist with new client onboarding, account configurations, and daily operational support
• Possess a deep understanding of our products and client use cases
• Escalate and report on customer sentiment
• Act as a liaison between the investigative teams, client, and sales
• Clearly communicate and verify requirements received from client to internal teams
• Data Entry into CRM
• Performs other duties as assigned
