Job summary

Alside is seeking a Service & Support Representative to deliver a high level of customer service, manage orders, resolve issues, and provide product guidance. This role also supports outbound pool calls to inactive or unassigned accounts to grow the Supply Center's customer base.

Responsibilities include accurately entering orders, maintaining product knowledge, and building positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment with success with customers (2–5 years).
• Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Excel/Outlook.

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
