Job summary

Alside, part of Associated Materials, LLC, is seeking a Service & Support Representative to deliver outstanding customer service, manage orders, and resolve issues for customers. You will also participate in outbound calls to pool accounts to generate revenue and grow the Supply Center's customer base.

You will develop product knowledge, document orders accurately, and maintain strong customer relationships while adhering to safety policies and supporting overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in a retail, wholesale, or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
• Respond to customer needs accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and delivery capabilities.
• Accurately enter customer orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Field and resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally; support outreach via outbound pool calls.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Operate safely and follow company safety policies.
• Support Supply Center goals related to customer service, safety, and operational excellence.
• Follow all company policies; perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
