Responsibilities

• Provide best in class customer service to Sales and assigned customers.
• Deliver accurate, timely order details to internal teams and support processes.
• Review open order reports and communicate date changes to customers.
• Manage shipping releases and expedited shipments with approvals as needed.
• Handle returns and credits promptly to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM contacts and capture interactions for insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
