Job summary

TRANSTEX LLC in Harmony, PA invites an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Composites division. You will handle calls, process orders in NetSuite, and quote with accurate unit conversions while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years of manufacturing customer service, solid math skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems; on-site work at Harmony facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong basic mathematical skills: unit conversions, pricing per unit, and calculations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic calculator/analytical work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and patience.
• Process customer orders in ERP system (NetSuite) and perform unit conversions for quotes.
• Track order status and communicate delivery timelines and shipping details.
• Build relationships with accounts and coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Sales/DOS.
• Handle complaints, gather feedback, and pursue timely resolutions.
• Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
