Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Temple, TX to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls. The role involves quoting, order entry, and placing orders via multiple channels while maintaining inventory and customer satisfaction.

Candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED with up to three years of related experience. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills are essential; product knowledge is a plus.

• Expedite backorders and prep orders for shipment.
• May handle customer returns.
