ProMach is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Greydon brand in York, PA. You will handle inquiries, orders, and concerns with strong communication and detail orientation to drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in sales or customer service, with a preference for a 2-year degree or related certification. Strong organizational skills and computer literacy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 1 year or more experience in sales or customer service.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and relate to production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying accuracy.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries.
• Follow up with internal support teams and customers as appropriate.
• Maintain excellent records.
• Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes.
• Coordinate special project tasks.
• Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers.
