The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year in sales or customer service, with a preference for a 2-year degree or related certification. Strong organizational skills and computer literacy are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Process, track and expedite customer orders, verifying accuracy.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries.
• Follow up with internal support teams and customers as appropriate.
• Maintain excellent records.
• Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes.
• Coordinate special project tasks.
• Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers.
