Job summary

ID Technology, a ProMach brand, seeks a Customer Service Representative in York, PA to manage customer inquiries, orders and concerns with clarity and care. You will blend strong communication with attention to detail to ensure smooth order flow and delivery coordination.

You’ll work with the Greydon brand and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, track orders, and maintain records. Prior experience in sales or customer service and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to relate to production processes.
• Must be computer literate and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process, track and expedite customer orders.
• Address shipment and delivery inquiries.
• Follow up with internal support teams and customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Partner with others across the company to ensure smooth processes.
• Coordinate special project tasks.
• Utilize company tools for order follow up and communication with customers.
