Job summary

Moffitt Services in Texas seeks a Customer Service Representative to process orders received by telephone, text, e-mail or from company staff, and to deliver superior service. You will enter orders, provide quotes, and support internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with additional training or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in customer service or inside sales. This on-site role runs Friday through Tuesday, 10am–7pm, with occasional on-call weekend shifts and overtime

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus some advanced education or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service/inside sales.
• Experience processing orders and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders according to customer specifications and communicate updates.
• Enter orders accurately into database systems and complete required documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on potential leads.
• Assist onboarding and order placement for prospective customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, shipping, and logistics to trace or expedite deliveries.
