Job summary

Premium Metals, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in a full-time role to act as a liaison between customers and the company, handling order placement, changes, status, and scheduling.

The position requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and may have an associates/bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment.
• Knowledge of CRM, office procedures, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and company for orders, changes, status, and scheduling.
• Respond to inquiries about products and services from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accuracy of contracts, pricing, and packaging details.
• Forecast customer needs and inventory on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Ensure timely delivery by tracking orders and coordinating with facilities.
