Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or industrial products, along with excellent communication skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in customer service or related roles in manufacturing or industrial products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts with prompt, professional service.
• Process and enter customer orders accurately; monitor through delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
• Support quotations, customer documentation, and account management.
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and efficiency.
