• Manage daily email traffic and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales to update order status and shipments.
• Send confirmations, COAs, SDS, and order notifications to customers.
• Address customer complaints and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records in ERP and communicate with supply chain.
