Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production schedules, order management, and shipping procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotes, customer requests, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and new business.
• Communicate with departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order status.
• Process orders per ISO procedures and track status through shipment; follow up with customers as needed.
