Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build positive relationships with customers and Sales staff by handling a high volume of requests, taking orders via digital channels, answering product and technical questions, inputting orders, invoices, and processing payments.

You will ensure margins on each sale, coordinate with outside sales to satisfy customers, and assist with returns, pricing communication, and quotations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to input orders, invoices, and process payments.
• Experience working with Sales staff to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers to determine product needs.
• Inputs customer orders into the computer system.
• Processes orders, invoices, and payments; coordinates with shipping.
• Provides pricing information and prepares quotations.
• Supports Field Service staff with product usage questions.
• Maintains customer relationships and communicates order status.
