Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Customer Sales Support Representative to lead daily order transactions and customer contact. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to resolve pricing and delivery issues, process orders, and monitor OTIF performance.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will maintain customer data and support the sales team to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years Customer Service experience or related field.
• Knowledge of Packaging Industry a plus.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer contact for daily order transactions; solicit orders from existing customers.
• Process product orders, sample orders and literature requests.
• Proactively communicate order status and pricing information to customers.
• Coordinate with sales, product and pricing to resolve order issues.
• Monitor OTIF and open orders; communicate misses and corrective actions.
• Maintain customer master data and provide general support to the sales team.
