Job summary

Ironwear, a safety PPE leader with 35+ years of experience, seeks an Account Coordinator to bridge customers, Sales, and internal teams. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions with first-class service.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, writing up orders, addressing product questions, and ensuring accurate order processing across ERP/CRM systems while supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats with first-class service.
• Evaluate and write up incoming orders for Processing Department.
• Assist customers with product inquiries on inventory, pricing, orders, backorders, and returns.
• Understand product knowledge to address questions and concerns.
• Offer customers alternative or additional products to boost sales and service quality.
• Provide customer outreach to relay pending issues and coordinate with teams.
• Coordinate with processing team and Account Managers to ensure accurate orders, price validation, shipping methods, and backorders.
• Process paperwork for customer orders, RMAs, and backorders.
• Maintain customer data in ticketing, ERP, and CRM systems.
