Job summary

Guhring Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the link between customers, sales, production, and management. You will ensure outstanding service and support by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or office roles, strong communication skills, and experience with Word/Excel; SAP experience is a plus in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret order information and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, fax, and website inquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide pricing, delivery, and product information to customers.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within our systems.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and order confirmations.
