Job summary

Guhring Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the link between customers, sales, production, and management. You will ensure outstanding service and support by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or office roles, strong communication skills, and experience with Word/Excel; SAP experience is a plus in a manufacturing setting.

In this role, you will be the key connection between our customers, sales team, production departments, and management—helping ensure every customer receives outstanding service and support.
