L&M Corrugated Container Corporation in Platteville, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage orders from start to finish, and coordinate with sales, design, scheduling, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams.
• Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately.
• Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed.
