Job summary

SupplyOne is seeking a Customer Service Representative in North Arlington, NJ. The role oversees daily customer accounts, order processing, inventory coordination, reporting, pricing, and project support, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.

You'll manage customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, monitor schedules, and maintain accurate records using Amtech and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.
• Basic math skills, including pricing and profit calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Account Management: Manage daily customer account activities and build relationships.
• Order & Project Coordination: Prepare quotes, process orders, monitor schedules and expedite as needed.
• Inventory & Reporting: Coordinate inventory with purchasing and maintain records for orders and activity.
• Administrative & Systems Support: Maintain files and use Amtech and MS Office to complete tasks.
