Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Basic Excel and Outlook proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and engage with customers for delivery requests and enter orders into the ERP system.
• Collaborate with team members to support assigned customers and resolve issues.
• Enter orders into ERP and ensure delivery needs are met by coordinating with other departments.
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status and escalate as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
