Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp. is seeking a Logistics Associate to build a foundation in end-to-end fuel and lubricants distribution, gaining exposure to delivery operations, route planning, resource allocation, and compliance with safety regulations.

You'll learn to manage competing priorities, coordinate with drivers, operations, and customers, and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives to optimize logistics performance.

Qualifications

• No direct experience required with preferred college degree.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Industry experience preferred but not required: Oil & Lubricants (Fuels).
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support end-to-end fuel and lubes distribution life cycle.
• Assist with planning, routing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Support driver scheduling and daily delivery activities.
• Monitor orders, DOT compliance, and safety regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
