Responsibilities

• Maintain routine contact with client companies by phone, email, and teleconference.
• Identify and manage customer priorities; produce reports for management and teams.
• Collaborate with Energy Product Analysts to answer questions and arrange training.
• Respond to information requests and route non-routine calls appropriately.
• Coordinate schedules for meetings, demos, installs, and events with customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and perform data entry and support tasks.
• Address client suggestions and complaints; provide requested support.
• Identify process improvements and add value to MCG and clients.
