Entyre Care is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to manage day-to-day administrative operations. You will maintain accurate CRM records, streamline onboarding and renewals, and provide data-driven insights to support internal teams and caregivers.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining clear documentation to enhance the caregiver experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, customer success, sales, or operations roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
• Organize and oversee onboarding, renewals, and follow-up schedules.
• Generate and analyze reports on customer engagement and retention.
• Create and maintain documentation for customer success workflows and FAQs.
• Prioritize customer requests and route issues to the right teams.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate team activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer success operations and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams for aligned processes.
