Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related experience minimum.
• Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
• A commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Good communication and customer service skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, customers, and vendors to submit orders for equipment and parts.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch installers.
• Assist customers and sales personnel who call in to request service.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for services and equipment.
• Review completed jobs to analyze profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
