Job summary

Rite-Hite, the global leader in loading dock and door equipment, seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to support sales, coordinating orders and dispatching installers. You’ll assist customers and sales teams, ensure accurate invoicing, and review jobs for profitability.

• One year of related experience minimum.
• Prior experience in a field service operation helpful.
• A commitment to quality.
• Prior experience in an ISO-certified or similar quality program is a plus.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Good communication and customer service skills are also essential.

Responsibilities
