Job summary

Plinth is a fast-growing tech startup helping charities, foundations and local government. You’ll lead onboarding from kickoff to go-live for 7+ new clients per month, coordinating timelines and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.

This role blends client onboarding with operations and process improvement, including refining onboarding workflows, collaborating with engineering, and documenting processes. Equity is offered; in-person work at Old Street, London.

Qualifications

• Few years experience in Coaching / Tutoring, Hospitality management, Event/production management, Community organising/activism, Consulting, User research/UX.
• Knowledge of the charity sector is a significant advantage, whether as employee, consultant or long term volunteer.
• Any technical experience to help with managing data migrations would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding (70%): Lead onboarding from kick-off to go-live for 7+ new clients per month, manage timelines and expectations, ship new features.
• Operations & Process Improvement (30%): Audit and optimise support systems, refine onboarding workflows, document processes and communicate urgency vs. issues with engineering.
