Job summary

FASTSIGNS Center in Chicago is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers. You will handle inquiries via phone and in person, assist with estimating, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, own a car, and can work in a small dynamic team. The role offers training, health insurance, paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Must own or have access to a car.
• Able to work in a small dynamic team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center (both via phone and in-person).
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Project manage larger customer signage and installations.
• Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Strive for customer satisfaction by being responsive over email, telephone, in-person and at the customer’s place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
