Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center (phone and in-person).
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Project manage larger customer signage and installations.
• Participate in daily team meetings and assist in executing business and marketing plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being responsive via email, phone, in person, and on-site.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
