Job summary

BlueCat is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States (Oregon) to manage a shared portfolio of customers in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will onboard, drive adoption, and deliver value across multiple accounts with a focus on outcomes and renewals.

You will guide customers through best practices, deliver product demonstrations, and collaborate with Support and Product teams to resolve issues. Strong written communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to manage many customers simultaneously and prioritize by signal.
• Excellent written communication and strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Serve a shared portfolio of customers from a prioritized queue and deliver proactive lifecycle touchpoints.
• Guide customers on best practices, enablement, and usage optimization; run structured demos.
• Troubleshoot with Support and Product teams; translate technical capability into business outcomes.
• Maintain rigorous documentation in Totango and Salesforce; contribute to team KPIs.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and route them to Sales with evidence.
