Neptune Retail Solutions, a leading omnichannel retail marketing partner in the U.S. and Canada, seeks a Customer Success Manager to support In-Store/ Merchandising/ At Home/ Digital Media programs for CPG and Retail marketers.

The role acts as client consultant, collaborating with clients, agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless project management, execution and optimization, delivering world-class service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Campaign Management, Customer Success or Client Services.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and clear task communication.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of In-Store, Merchandising, At Home and Digital Media programs after client approval.
• Provide pre-sale support and detailed execution inputs to Sales.
• Build relationships and act as liaison among Sales, Clients and internal teams.
• Lead execution excellence and manage assets, timelines and details.
• Handle day-to-day account management, status updates, and client inquiries.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and support special projects.
