Job summary

Hudl in Lincoln, NE seeks a Customer Success Manager II for the NBA/WNBA portfolio. You will manage a regional renewal strategy, partner with coaches and video staff, and collaborate with a Territory Account Executive to maximize client value.

You will develop strong customer relationships, demonstrate Hudl products, and drive engagement and revenue while balancing fieldwork and remote collaboration. The role supports hybrid work with in-office collaboration for part of the week.

Qualifications

• Experience with video coordination staff and basketball coaches at the professional level.
• Mastery of Hudl's Pro Suite for basketball.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management balancing multiple responsibilities and business reviews.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships and maximize client satisfaction.
• Participate in support and account management, including product demos and engagement activities.
• Work toward quarterly and annual revenue and engagement targets, including upsell opportunities.
