Job summary

Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on Fan and Club products. You will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable cloud solutions.

A strong emphasis on AI tooling and collaboration with Product and Design will drive the next wave of Hudl’s streaming and analytics capabilities. You’ll work with hybrid/remote teams across the US, with preference for Lincoln, Nebraska, and candidates who can operate in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams with coaching and performance management.
Proven track record designing and implementing scalable cloud systems.
Experience partnering with product and design to ship features.

Responsibilities

Lead engineers on Fan and Club products, setting technical direction.
Develop robust, scalable cloud-based solutions and architectures.
Drive AI engineering practices and adoption of related tooling.
Collaborate with Product Management and Design to ship the future Fan experience.
