Hudl, Inc. is seeking a Market Director, Ticketing, to grow our ticketing business and oversee daily operations from Lincoln, NE. You will define a strategic roadmap across Youth, Club & High School units, turning fan attention into revenue from tickets to ads on Hudl streams.

You will lead negotiations, expand markets, and own end-to-end implementation to deliver value beyond strategy, while mentoring Hudlies across Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance.

Formación

• Five+ years of sales experience in sports technology with a strong track record of high performance.
• A revenue builder with experience driving growth, P&L management, and market expansion.
• Collaborative leader capable of guiding teams and aligning goals across functions.
• Strategic problem solver who can craft creative solutions with limited precedents.
• Excellent communicator able to translate data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategy and execution with a strategic roadmap for Hudl’s ticketing market.
• Boost revenue and profitability by managing P&L, pricing, targets, and forecasts.
• Construct the pitch with offer, pricing, packaging and value storytelling for customers.
