Job summary

Nurture is seeking a hands-on customer enablement professional to lead onboarding, secure customer access, and coordinate technical setup across projects from start to delivery.

You will partner with the Head of Customer Experience, run customer-facing meetings and monthly check-ins for an assigned book of churches, translate between customers and the dev team, document processes, and help build the operational backbone as Nurture scales.
