Job summary

Netlify is seeking a Customer Success Associate to own day-to-day relationships for a book of 120+ SMB accounts totaling roughly $2M ARR. This remote, Denver-based role offers real ownership from day one with mentorship from senior teammates as you ramp into the commercial side.

You'll monitor renewals, usage, and expansion signals, collaborate with Sales on opportunities, and use product data to demonstrate value in conversations with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (internship, service, or similar).
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets to spot trends.
• Track record of following through and closing the loop.
• Clear written and verbal communication; adaptable to audiences.
• Based in the Denver area; able to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship for your book of accounts as primary contact.
• Develop dashboards and workflows to track renewals, health, and expansion.
• Lead renewal conversations with guidance; handle objections and negotiate terms.
• Forecast renewal book and surface risks early; address them proactively.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive expansion and share product feedback.
