Lectra Gruppe in New York is expanding its Sustainability/Traceability team and seeks a Project Leader to drive client engagements across the globe. You will train suppliers and manage end-to-end traceability programs with major fashion brands.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fashion/sustainability, excellent communication in English and Spanish, strong leadership, and proven project management skills. This role is primarily remote with occasional NY office visits.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of work experience in fashion/sustainability.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing and leading projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer engagements across global brand accounts and stand-alone projects.
• Train suppliers and onboard them to the traceability platform.
• Oversee end-to-end management of sustainability/traceability programs.
• Collaborate with sustainability, sourcing, IT, and business development teams.
