Job summary

Alta Equipment Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Calumet City, IL to enhance customer retention and expand service and parts revenue. You will work closely with branch operations, service, parts, and the Territorial Sales Representative to deliver exceptional value and build long-term customer relationships.

The role focuses on onboarding, customer reviews, and proactive engagement to drive loyalty and growth across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and customer focused.
• Experience in customer success, operations, service, account management, business development, or industrial equipment industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase customer retention and strengthen relationships within the assigned territory.
• Drive service and parts revenue growth and identify business opportunities.
• Improve overall customer experience and serve as the primary liaison between customers and branch operations.
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, and Branch Management to resolve issues and communicate needs to leadership.
• Follow up on quotations, convert to purchase orders, and support renewals of service agreements.
